| Must Have Jewellery appreciates that there will be times, when you need to return unwanted or faulty items that you have purchased from us, for either an exchange or refund. Our policy is very clear and is stated below.
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Jewellery must be unused and be in pristine condition and be returned with the original presentation box. If any product does not meet your expectations or is unwanted then simply Click Here within 14 days of receipt and complete our online form clearly stating your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will then email you a returns authorisation number and further instructions. When we have received your returned goods we will then process an exchange or refund as necessary.
We would recommend for your own protection returned items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. Must Have Jewellery cannot accept any responsibility for returned items that have been returned back to us by normal post. This postage cost is only refunded if the products are faulty. Jewellery that develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase will be replaced after examination by our quality control department and a manufacturing fault has been confirmed.

If any items are returned because they are simply unwanted you are responsible for your own return postage costs and our original postage & packing charge of £2.99 is not refunded. Our gift bags & message cards are also excluded from our returns policy.
