What credit or debit cards do Must Have Jewellery accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We can also accept Maestro, Visa Delta, Electron and Solo debit cards. When ordering we require your card number, expiry date, start date and the last 3 digits of your security code which is shown on your signature strip. For Maestro cards we also require the issue number.
What is Verified by Visa or 3D-Secure code?
To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced Verified by Visa & 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you've chosen to use and the retailer from whom you are purchasing, when you are entering your card details you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.
Will my card details be safe?
We use the latest secure socket layer (SSL) technology for Internet eCommerce security. This encrypts your card information from being viewed by outside parties and is completely secure.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes! Send your order details to our postal address, making any cheques payable to Must Have Jewellery. Your order will be processed once the cheque has cleared, which will normally mean a delay of 7 working days. Please remember to include postage costs as stated below.
Can my order be sent to an alternative address?
Yes! As long as you have entered your address in the shopping cart, which is the registered address with your card issuer, we will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100, just enter the delivery address details in the shopping cart. Please note any order above £100 will only be delivered to your home address.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes! But we will only delivery within the European Union only. The delivery charge will be automatically updated when you have entered your delivery address in the shopping cart. If your country is not shown please please Contact Us and let us know the destination country and order value and we will let you know how much the additional shipping costs will be.

How much do you charge for postage & packing?
The delivery charge for all UK orders is only £2.99. For International delivery please see above answer.
How is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered using an appropriate Royal Mail service. Dependent on the value of your order it may be sent by recorded or special delivery. A signature is required for these orders upon receipt.
How can I return faulty or unwanted products?
It is very easy to return your products please refer to our Returns Policy
When will I receive my order?
We will usually deliver all items in stock within 5 working days as soon as payment has been received. Any items out of stock will normally be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. We will advise by e-mail once your order has been despatched.

Are your products guaranteed?
All of our products are fully guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Your legal rights are not affected.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Regrettably we do not have any catalogues as all of our jewellery is only available online, and the jewellery we sell is constantly changing to keep up with the latest designs.
Do you offer an engraving service?
No! Because if we engraved a item of jewellery and it was unsuitable for the intended recipient we would not be able to offer an exchange or refund. It is far better to make sure the jewellery is suitable then have it engraved locally at a later date.
